SAP MM Module (In Easy Steps)

MM60  is the T-code for view List of Materials Created in system. Plant wise / Material Type wise or Material Group wise Selections can be use in this T-code. Selection Screen Output Screen In addition to Plant / Material Type /Material Group, you can view Purchasing Group / Valuation Type / Price / MRP Type / External Material Group / UOM / Created user / Change date / etc.  related to Material using this Report. 

Y ou can use Tool bar which was showing in Output screens for manage your output data. Same fields also in Header menu tabs. Ascending  / Descending / Filter / Sum / Subtotal  & Change Layout / Choose Layout / ABC Analyse/ etc. related Icons show in this Tool bar. Using change Layout you can select & save your own Layout. It can be save as Default Layout or User Specific Layout using Save as. Use arrow icon to show / hide Display columns. Multiple Filter options also available in Filter & select Column Header & click on filter Icon for use Filtering facility . Most of Sap Outputs data can be Export to Excel Spreadsheet  / Word or any Text Documents. Use Export Tab under List menu for Save to Output data as Local File Document.

  MB5B  is the T-code for check Material Stocks on posting date in SAP. Base on your selections in first screen you can get the available stock details to selected date or date range. & also double click the output data, you can get the transaction summery for each Materials.   MB52  is the T-code for help you to check List of Materials Stocks in SAP.  Base on your selections in first screen you can get results once click the Execute Button. Use right side arrow icon for Multiple Selections. Selection Screen Output Screen You can find the Unrestricted stock / Quality Inspection Stocks / Block Stocks / etc. with Values. This stock can be view under  Plant / Storage Location / Batch wise / Separately . Output can Display Hierarchical also.

MMBE  is the T-code for check Individual Material Stocks in SAP. Base on your selections in first screen you can get results once click the Execute Button. Selection Screen Output Screen You can find the Unrestricted stock / Quality Inspection Stocks / Block Stocks / etc.  & on-order Qty. / Reservation qty / etc. related to given Material. This stock showing under Company code / Plant / Storage Location / Batch wise / etc.
