Tool bar & Save Option in SAP

You can use Tool bar which was showing in Output screens for manage your output data.

Same fields also in Header menu tabs.





Ascending / Descending / Filter / Sum / Subtotal  & Change Layout / Choose Layout / ABC Analyse/ etc. related Icons show in this Tool bar.

Using change Layout you can select & save your own Layout. It can be save as Default Layout or User Specific Layout using Save as. Use arrow icon to show / hide Display columns.















Multiple Filter options also available in Filter & select Column Header & click on filter Icon for use Filtering facility.


Most of Sap Outputs data can be Export to Excel Spreadsheet / Word or any Text Documents.

Use Export Tab under List menu for Save to Output data as Local File Document.
